How to Initiate a Return
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS from our studio in Charlotte, NC.
Complimentary Shipping: On all domestic orders over $150. We other shipping options on all other orders.
Tracking: Once your work of intention is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow its journey.
International: At this time, we are focusing on our community within the United States. We hope to expand our reach soon.
Because custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Once you have reviewed and approved your design draft, we begin the process of creation, and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items. We work closely with you during the approval phase to ensure every detail of your vision is captured before the first mark is made.
Our pieces are created in small, limited-batch runs, and often hand-pressed or finished to order and we handle returns with care and nuance.
Returns: We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Handcrafted Nature: Please note that because our items are finished by hand, slight variations in texture or placement are not flaws, but the "signature" of an artisan-made piece.
Damages: If your piece arrives damaged during its journey, please contact us at support@sableworkco.com within 48 hours so we can make it right immediately.
